Justin Bieber shared his thoughts at a concert appearance earlier this week on the social media app Instagram and and says he’s “90 percent sure” the app is “for the devil” and belongs in “hell.”
This comment comes a few weeks after Bieber’s well known pastor, Judah Smith released his latest book “How’s Your Soul?: Why Everything that Matters Starts with the Inside You” and warns of serving the false idol of social media, which includes Instagram.

In an interview with Faithwire, The City Church pastor stressed that, it is important to unplug and be present with friends and family because “nobody wants a busy dad, a busy mom (or) a busy friend…” a problem that has erupted due to modern times where FOMO has become an issue due to the world’s obsession with social media.
When the superstar took to the stage to a sea of cheering fans in London this past Tuesday, he used a little over three minutes to discuss his use of Instagram. First asking the question, “Who thinks I should get my Instagram back?”
In response to all the Beliebers out in the crowd cheering in high hopes that was a sign he was coming back, he stated, “Nah, I don’t want to get my Instagram back…I’m sure…I think ‘hell’ is Instagram. I’m 90 percent sure. We get sent to ‘hell’, we get like locked in the Instagram server.”
The London show was the last stop in Europe on the singer’s International Purpose Tour.
