A Georgia teenager gave her boyfriend one of the most unique Bibles imaginable this Christmas after she spent three months intensely and meticulously decorating and personalizing every single page of the holy book.
Reagan Lee, 16, announced the completion of her Bible project in a Christmas Eve tweet, writing, “My bf said he wanted a bible for Christmas so I spent 3 months decorating every. single. page. happy with how it turned out though.”
Lee also shared photos of the decorated Bible, garnering more than 290,300 likes and over 88,000 re-tweets.

It was a gift she gave to 18-year-old Garrett Chisum, her boyfriend of 11 months, according to KING-TV.
The thoughtful gesture was reportedly rooted in the fact that Chisum had previously given Lee his own personal Bible early on in their relationship when Lee was experiencing some “tough times,” according to BuzzFeed.
Inspired by Chisum’s decision to highlight one of the couple’s favorite verses in that Bible, Lee decided to then personalize an entire Bible for her boyfriend, embarking on the three-month quest to complete the kind act. The final result included quotes, comments and illustrations aimed at emphasizing important points of scripture.
“I figured a Bible would be a cute, really pure gift,” she told BuzzFeed. “And knowing my boyfriend, I knew he would love it even more if I customized it.”
Lee has received mostly positive comments, though she said some have threatened her on social media over her decision to highlight her favorite Bible passages and decorate the pages. It is unclear what those negative messages have said.
