Fox News’ chief religion correspondent Lauren Green has spent the past 10 years working on a book she’s hoping will help readers discover and connect with God’s presence in our world.
Green, author of “Lighthouse Faith: God as a Living Reality in a World Immersed in Fog,” recently sat down for an episode of “Pure Talk” — a show from Faithwire and Pure Flix — and said she’s hoping readers will be inspired “look at the world today and say ‘God is here.'”
The search for God’s presence is the book’s centerpiece and guiding light, with Green explaining her view that God is “hiding in plain sight.” She explained, “It’s like the forest that hides the trees.”
Green also discussed a variety of theological themes throughout the interview, including her quest to “break the trinity down so that it encompasses everything in creation.” Through that lens, the reporter explained how father, son and holy spirit can be framed.
“The father, son and holy spirit … I showed through a divine prism,” she said. “The covenant, the sacrifice and the glory.”
