The “Tiara’s Loving Children Special Needs Pageant” was open to participants from the ages of 3-20 years old and each one got an opportunity to walk down the runway and show off their best walk!
Some even enjoyed doing a little dance.
The event sponsored by Tiara’s Loving Children, a non-profit designed to give every special needs child a very special pageant experience was held at a local hotel.
The Pennsylvania Director of the organization, Jacqueline Breault-Straffe told CBS Philadelphia that, “It is so heartwarming to see all the families come out to watch their children participate in such an event. It’s nice to give the parents a moment to celebrate their children and watch.”
The pageant tradition first started in New Jersey and has now spread to several states across America.
