A 10-year-old Michigan girl is being called a hero by local authorities thanks to her quick thinking actions when her mom had a seizure while driving.
Instead of panicking, Anylah Thompson remained incredibly calm and took crucial actions that likely saved the lives of her entire family.
Anylah’s brothers, 5 and 7 years of age, were also in the car. She told WXYZ in Michigan she remembered the ‘p’ on the gear shifter meant ‘park’ and was able to stop the car.
She called her dad, who told her to call 9-1-1. Mom is recovering and doing fine.
What a brave little girl. Well done!
