In the latest round of air strikes hitting the Syrian city of Aleppo, new born babies in a children’s hospital ward become the latest victim.

Earlier this week, renewed fighting between the Syrian opposition and Assad’s regime reignited and took down working hospitals, including the last designated children’s facility.
A reporter was conducting an interview and cameras were rolling when the bombing happened.

Babies born early were left in fits full of tears and were forced to be removed from their incubators, an apparatus designed to keep preemies in a controlled and protective environment.
In the footage shared by The Independent, the babies are being removed from a section of the hospital full of smoke and teary eyed nurses are forced to take little new borns in need of breathing devices off of the necessary systems.
The only answer at the moment, was to wrap them up in blankets and place them on the floor.
According to the Syrian Charity social media page, another area of the children’s hospital was destroyed and the situation created fear and panic among the kids that were present.
