NFL quarterback Derek Carr has led the Oakland Raiders magical season thus far, and they were poised to make a deep playoff run.
That all came to a crushing halt this week when Carr suffered a nasty season-ending leg injury. We’ll spare you the actual break, but here he is moments after it happened.

But, instead of complaining about it, the QB took to Twitter on Christmas eve to share his thoughts on the injury.
“Things happen in life that we don’t always understand, BUT I do KNOW this. I serve a God that loves me and that is the ultimate healer! I am not worried one bit.”

A terrible injury, but great to see Derek has his priorities in order. Prayers up for this faithful QB!
