Houston Texan football player J.J. Watt came to the bedside of a hospital ridden little fan shortly after the NFL pro found out that the 8-year-old was cut out of his #99 jersey due to a horrific car accident on New Year’s eve.
Noah Fulmer was hopping into the back of a pickup truck in a parked car when a fast-moving vehicle struck his in a Houston area parking lot. Noah sustained serious injuries that required multiple surgeries and rehabilitation, according to Noah Fulmer’s medical fund go fund me page started to offset the costs incurred.
On the site, the family shared that the 2012 Associated Press defensive player of the year visited to lift up the young boy’s spirits and provide him with a new jersey to replace the one he lost.
It was lost because the accident was so bad, EMT’s had to cut it off. One apparent witness tweeted at J.J. Watt himself to explain what had happened.

Thirty minutes after the first tweet was shared, the 27-year-old player responded. Saying, “That is terrible, is he ok? Tell him I’ll bring him a new jersey tomorrow.”

The family stated on its GoFundMe page, “Today, Noah was visited by JJ Watt. JJ heard about Noah and brought him a new jersey, along with some much-needed comfort and words of encouragement.”

Watt is dedicated to giving back.
His charity JJWFoundation.org is focused on providing after-school programs for middle-school aged children, the website said.
