MP Tobias Ellwood, a former army officer, was seen attempting mouth-to-mouth resuscitation on an injured police officer on the bridge, according to the BBC. He was also seen applying pressure to the man’s multiple lacerations.

Ellwood’s brother died in a terror attack in Bali in 2002, according to The AP.
Following the ordeal, Ellwood retweeted several posts by United Kingdom Secretary of State for Foreign & Commonwealth Affairs Boris Johnson.
Nations around the world are pouring out their sympathies for us today. This is a fight we're all in together.

Four people were killed and another 40 injured in the attack, which began on the Westminster Bridge, authorities said.
The suspected attacker was shot and killed by police just 10 yards away from where Ellwood was providing aid to the officer.
