With all that is going on in the world, it is easy to lose site of the little moments of joy we witness and experience on a daily basis. Late last month, Jennifer Patterson shared a video of her 6-year-old daughter Loren moving and grooving during a choir performance on Facebook that has since racked up some 14 million views and brought a smile to the face of anyone who has seen it.

“Loren singing in choir this morning,” Patterson captioned the clip. “In case you can’t find her she’s the one in pink and brown.”
As WTVF-TV reported, Loren was on stage with the adult choir, youth choir, and her fellow children’s choir at First Baptist Church in Dickson, Tennessee in late October when the adorable moment unfolded. It was during a rendition of Zach Williams’ song “Old Church Choir,” which includes lyrics like “I got an old church choir singing in my soul” and “there ain’t nothing gonna steal my joy,” that Loren found her toe-tapping groove.
While Patterson and her husband have been overwhelmed by the reaction to the post, they say their daughter’s enthusiasm for her faith is nothing new.
“Loren is always this way,” Patterson told Faithwire. “She loves the Lord and always has a song in her heart and on her lips. She loves to tell others about Him everywhere she goes.”
May we all find such joy!
