Entertainer Harry Connick Jr. recently told talk show host Matthew Faraci that he believes deeply in the power of God’s will and that, if he had three wishes, he would do three specific things.
“I would do God’s will. I would want to do God’s will. I would want to do God’s will,” he said on the season two premiere of “Frankly Faraci.” “That’s all I want. I just want to do what I’m supposed to do.”
He continued, “And, for me, knowing that that is the premise upon which everything else is built it allows me to be childlike, it allows me to be spontaneous and more creative.”

The actor, singer and talk show host also said that he believes God has a plan and that he — and the rest of humanity — are part of that plan.
“Too many things have happened for me not to realize that I am part of something way bigger,” he said.
