A pregnant woman recently found herself in labor and unable to get to the hospital in time, so her husband pulled over at a gas station in a desperate and frantic attempt to find emergency help.

And what happened next is being described as a “miracle,” as WFTV-TV reported.
Brittany Beyer was already crowning when the couple pulled into the Speedway gas station in Merritt Island, Florida, to seek help.
Her husband got out of the car just as a man in scrubs was pumping gas. That man, Javier Soto, ended up being Beyer’s prenatal provider — something that is pretty stunning on a number of levels.
The odds that a medical professional would be at the gas station in the first place during the emergency situation are certainly low, but the fact that the very person in scrubs was one of her own medical providers made the scenario even more miraculous.
Soto jumped into action and delivered little Michael James in just five minutes using gloves and scissors that he got from inside the gas station. Two weeks later, Beyer said that she’s incredibly grateful for a safe delivery.
“A lot more could have gone wrong if he wasn’t there,” she told WFTV. “It was a miracle.”
There was one small setback, though, as baby Michael has a lung infection and is still hospitalized. Beyer and her husband had hoped to have him home for Christmas, but doctors said that isn’t quite possible.
In the meantime, the family has launched a GoFundMe to help with expenses. Let’s all pray for this little baby’s recovery.
