A Christian woman from Iraq who was kidnapped by ISIS has reunited with her father after more than three years.
Rita Habib’s father is the only surviving member of her family after the Islamic terrorist group invaded their hometown of Qaraqosh, located in northern Iraq, Kurdistan 24 reported.

Habib was kidnapped during the 2014 raid and sold as a sex slave multiple times – first in Mosul, and then later in Syria.
“I was bought and sold four times,” she told Kurdistan 24. “They did evil things to us. They beat us and raped us.”
The girls would be sold in prices ranging from $4,000 to $15,000, she said. The youngest of them was just 9 years old.
Habib was rescued in Syria last year by the Syrian Democratic Forces. Last week, she reunited with her father in Erbil, Iraq.
The reunion was orchestrated by a Christian humanitarian group. Habib’s father wept as he was led toward his daughter. The two then embraced.
Thousands of women and girls from Syria and northern Iraq were kidnapped and sold as slaves as ISIS laid siege on the regions.
Habib said she wanted to share her story to help other victims still under ISIS captivity.
