Taylor Swift fans from all over are excited as she gets ready for her new tour, which starts this coming Tuesday.
With the well-loved singer’s tour about to kick off, she is of course in the midst of intense dress-rehearsals. But that didn’t stop her from giving a private dress rehearsal to 2,00o foster and adoptive children this past weekend.
On Saturday, she invited 2,000 different children and their families to watch her last dress rehearsal for her tour at the University of Phoenix Stadium on Saturday. Not only did the singer invite them for the show, but also threw them a pizza party as well as a meet and greet.
Swift didn’t just perform a few songs but performed her entire full tour set for her guests. She then invited them to take photos on stage with her following the performance.
Kelli Dillon, a foster mom in the audience, thanked Swift on Instagram for having her and her family.

“I don’t even know what to say…literally the best night of our lives!!” Dillon wrote. “We were invited to a private concert by Taylor Swift herself! Us along with 2,000 other foster and adoptive families were invited by Taylor personally and man was it incredible!! She performed her entire tour set (a full 2 hour concert) and then afterwards she bought everyone pizza and desserts and we got to hug her and take a picture with her.”

Ken Tram, a student pastor and father who was at the dress rehearsal, tweeted out his thanks to Swift, and all that she did for his girls.

I have to say too that @taylorswift13 not only sang for two hours but tried to give every single person hugs with big smiles. Crazy how genuinely she cares for everyone and it shows. #reputationtour

It’s refreshing to see a celebrity truly enjoy doing something for her fans, and going over and above while doing it!
