On Saturday a mother chased down a creepy man after she realized he was spying on her daughter when she was in a changing room. After she chased him into the parking lot, security officers held him until local police arrived.
The mom discovered 36-year-old Jorge Leon-Alfaro looking under her 12-year-old daughter’s door while they were shopping in their local Rue 21.

Doris Stiles-Scown, the mother of the 12-year-old, took a video of which she posted on Facebook, criticizing and shaming the man for his actions. The video quickly took off, going viral within hours, accumulating millions and millions of views as people around the world applauded the mom for going after the man.
When the Salt Lake City Police arrived at the scene, they arrested Leon-Alfaro immediately, commending the mother.
“Certainly getting police on the way as fast as you can is the right thing to do,” said Detective Greg Wilking.
“We want to identify these individuals when stuff like this happens,” Wilking added.
The officers arrested Leon-Alfaro on voyeurism charges, which is when someone spies on someone while they are completing an intimate act, like changing.
“It’s very understandable [Stiles-Scown is] upset,” Wilking said, but also warned of the problems posting videos regarding crime online.
“The thing to remember about this is there is a criminal process to this and perhaps until waiting until the charges come is the better way to release something like that.”

The video shows Stiles-Scown with tears in her eyes explaining what the disgusting man had done.
“This right here is what a predator looks like,” she states in the video as the suspect looks away.
“You’re so lucky — so lucky — that I don’t hurt you right now, ’cause that’s what I want to do,” Stiles-Scown added.
