When he found out what was going on, adrenaline kicked in. A 15-year-old boy in Texas managed to yank an intruder off his mother last Tuesday during a break-in, stopping him from potentially assaulting her.
John Wayne Morris, 37, is now in the McLellan County Jail and faces charges of burglary with the intent to commit a sexual assault, according to the Waco Tribune-Herald.
The attack occurred around 11:30 p.m. in Robinson, a suburb of Waco. Robinson Police Chief Phillip Prasifka told reporters they saw two visibly upset teenagers outside the house. The kids told police their brother, 15, was inside the home, holding Morris down.

“She said that Morris threatened her by telling her that he had someone watching her children and that they would kill them,” Prasifka said. “[The woman] stated that she was afraid to fight back because she was afraid that her children would be harmed.”
The mother said she was afraid Morris, who lived in the area and entered the home through an unlocked door, was going to sexually assault her and harm her children. But the 15-year-old son successfully restrained Morris while his siblings called the police.
Prasifka said Morris had no known connection to the family. He remained in jail as of Friday.
