Controversial Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan has once again made some highly concerning remarks, leading a chant of “death to America” during a recent trip to Iran. The fanatic’s comments come after he was lambasted for referring to Jews as “termites” in a recent speech.

Farrakhan was reportedly on a “solidarity trip” to the Middle Eastern nation ahead of President Trump’s re-introduction of sanctions against the volatile Islamic Republic. In Iran’s native language of Farsi, Farrakhan was filmed shouting “Death to…” with the audience responding emphatically, “America!”

Speaking to law school students at the University of Tehran, Farrakhan said that “America has never been a democracy,” and even led a “Death to Israel” chant during his bizarre presentation.
“Today, I warn the American government that sanctioning Iran is a big mistake,” added the 85-year-old, according to Fox News.
Farrakhan also reportedly referred to the United States as the “Great Satan.”
“If you believe that, then wouldn’t Satan be actively involved in trying to destroy a nation that is set up on… submission to the will of God?” said the self-described “minister.”
Many have taken to Twitter to condemn Farrakhan’s shocking comments, and have pressed Democrats to distance themselves from his hateful rhetoric.
A new low for arch Jew-hater Farrakhan. Who has heard of an American going to a foreign country and chanting "Death to America?" Where is @BillClinton who appeared with him recently, and @BarackObama, photographed with him, and @corybooker to condemn him? https://t.co/A6yhSmfs5T

“A new low for arch Jew-hater Farrakhan,” tweeted Rabbi Shmuley Boteach in the wake of the latest remarks. “Who has heard of an American going to a foreign country and chanting ‘Death to America?’ Where is Bill Clinton who appeared with him recently, and Barack Obama, photographed with him, and Cory Booker to condemn him?”
Appearing with Farrakhan on Sunday, Mohsen Rezaee, secretary of the Expediency Council encourage the Islamic world to unite in its “war” against the United States and the West.
“In the war between the West and Islam, no Islamic country can emerge victories by itself … In this confrontation, the world’s Muslims should get united and create a movement to counter the West’s hegemony,” he said, as reported by the Tehran Times.
As for the killing of the Iranian Nuclear Deal and the reinstatement of fresh sanctions by the Trump administration, Rezaee said that the president had “violated an international agreement.”
“He continues this illegal and inhumane behavior with cruel sanctions,” he added. “We will defeat him, and by the grace of God, Mr. Trump will come back from these sanctions empty-handed.”
Tensions have been high between the two nations since the reimposition of sanctions, the specifics of which Secretary of State Mike Pompeo called “the toughest ever put in place.”
“They’re aimed at a singular purpose: denying the world’s largest state sponsor of terror the capacity to do things like they did this past couple of weeks – attempted assassination campaign in the heart of Europe,” Pompeo explained, as reported by Sky News.
“These sanctions have already had an enormous impact,” he added. “We have already reduced Iranian crude oil exports by over a million barrels per day. That number will fall further. There’s a handful of places where countries that have already made significant reductions in their crude oil exports needed a little bit more time to get to zero, and we’re going to provide that to them.”
In response, thousands of Iranian students took to the streets and chanted “death to America” in massive government-organized rallies. The highly explosive were timed to coincide with the 39th anniversary of the seizure of the U.S. embassy in Tehran, and involved the public burning of U.S. and Israeli flags.
An effigy of Uncle Sam and pictures of Donald Trump were also set alight.
