The oldest justice currently sitting on the Supreme Court, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, is currently in the hospital following a bad fall at her office. Ginsburg, 85, broke fractured three ribs, according to a statement issued by the court Thursday.
Ginsburg’s health has been a topic of keen interest in the press over recent years, as she nears the end of her lengthy service on the highest court in the land. Ginsburg, one of the four remaining liberals on the bench, has been on the court for more than 25 years since being appointed by former President Bill Clinton in 1993. She is also only the second woman to serve in the country’s most prestigious legal position, following Sandra Day O’Connor, who was appointed by President Ronald Reagan in 1981.
The statement on Ginsburg’s fall noted that the veteran judge initially went home after the tumble, “but after experiencing discomfort overnight, went to George Washington University Hospital early this morning,” according to CNBC.
“Tests showed that she fractured three ribs on her left side and she was admitted for observation and treatment,” the outlet added.
No matter how much you dont like a person in politics or want them to be voted out. when Ruth Ginsberg falls and breaks ribs at her age prayer is needed. Gods children should show compassion for anyone. Prayers sent for her healing

The Brooklyn native is a notoriously tough character and has said that she plans to serve on the court until she is 90 years of age, despite having several bouts with cancer. In 2014, the justice also underwent a procedure to have a stent placed in her right coronary artery.
Prior to joining the court, Ginsburg worked as the director of the ACLU’s Women’s Rights Project.
Please pray for Justice Ginsburg’s swift recovery.
