Goldman Sachs is expanding its offering of free sex changes to British employees.
The banking behemoth started offering the services to American employees a decade ago in hopes of shedding its “conservative old boys’ club” reputation, according to The Sydney Morning Herald. Now, Goldman Sachs is stretching the perk to address “the whole issue of inclusiveness.”
The new benefits include hormone therapy, sex-change surgery as well as all-expenses-paid fertility treatments for women, The Daily Mail reported. A transgender advocacy group, Trans United, revealed sex-change surgery can cost up to $105,000.
Goldman Sachs currently boasts around 6,000 British employees.

In order to be eligible for the cost-free sex change, a Goldman Sachs staffer must be diagnosed with gender dysphoria, according to CNN.
Other major companies, like Apple, IBM and Amazon, all cover the financial cost of sex-change surgeries.
The announcement comes as Goldman Sachs is facing a massive discrimination lawsuit after a 15-year veteran vice president was fired from the bank while she was on maternity leave, Bloomberg reported.
Tania Mirchandani is now seeking $1.5 million in damages, claiming she was dismissed because she took the full four months available to her for maternity leave. When she first announced her pregnancy, Mirchandani claimed her then-boss, John Mallory, told her, “That’s a lot of mouths to feed.”
She has three children. Mallory has four.
