Jessica Yaniv, the biologically male transgender activist who has risen to infamy for trying to force estheticians to wax the 32-year-old’s male genitalia, is now hoping to throw a “topless” swim party for LGBTQ people ages 12 and older.
In case that’s not horrific enough, Yaniv has stipulated parents and guardians would be barred from attending the “all-bodies swim,” which is “restricted to LGBTQ2S.”
Yaniv, a citizen of British Columbia, petitioned the Township of Langley to allow the semi-nude swim party at three municipal pools.
“Individuals will be permitted to be topless (at their leisure), in compliance with the laws of Canada and where parents and caretakers will be prohibited from attending these events as it’s considered safe and inclusive,” Yaniv’s request stated.
Yaniv was scheduled to present the request before the town council Monday night, but the matter was ultimately postponed until September, according to TheBlaze.
The controversial transgender activist seemed unbothered by the change.
Who is Yaniv?
Yaniv first made headlines for filing more than a dozen complaints against salons whose estheticians refused to wax the activist’s male genitalia.
During a tribunal hearing over Yaniv’s claims, the complainant argued the tribunal’s ruling — if it’s not favorable — could set a “dangerous” precedent, according to the Toronto Sun. At one point, Yaniv compared one of the salon owners, a female immigrant, to a neo-Nazi for denying the activist a Brazilian wax.
The owner of that salon, Marcia Da Silva, was ultimately forced to close down her business, The Washington Examiner reported. Da Silva refused to give Yaniv a Brazilian wax after her husband raised concerns about the transgender activist’s alleged history of harassment as well as her general discomfort with performing an intimate waxing on male genitalia.
Regardless, Yaniv has consistently claimed the complaints about refused Brazilian waxes are “not about waxing.”
