With Coronavirus fears spreading, one of the largest Christian churches in France was contemplating what to do this Sunday for services. After much prayer and consideration, they decided to keep their doors open.
In turn, they were able to take part in a wonderful blessing — at least 15 people who attended that service declared faith in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Hours after the service, the government banned gatherings of larger than 1,000 people. This congregation — the Paris Centre Chrétien — would be one of the few churches to meet those parameters and be forced to close doors for the weekend.
They have a contingency plan in place, however, and are trusting God as the country grinds to a halt over the Coronavirus fears.
