Podcaster, public speaker, and former Miss America Kirsten Müller-Daubermann (Haglund) is an American now living in Switzerland.
She shared her experiences with Faithwire earlier today, discussing how it’s been dealing with the Coronavirus pandemic in a European country. Switzerland has a high number of cases per capita, with nearly 4,000 cases in a population of just over 8 million and they’re in close physical proximity to Italy, who has been among the hardest hit around the globe. The outbreak has put a great strain on the healthcare system, leaving hospitals worried that if the pace keeps up, they will soon be overwhelmed.
Kirsten explains some differences in how Europeans are reacting, including the admission that people over there are grabbing up all the toilet paper, too.
