Former NFL star running back Marshawn Lynch was seen handing out turkeys to surprised drivers stuck in traffic in Hawaii, the act of kindness caught on video and shared widely on the internet.
Several people praised the former pro-bowl running back for his kindness and shared other stories of how he has helped others. “Here is Sean unexpectedly dropping by to comfort Donna Dickson mother of shooting victim Ashton Dickson in #Ottawa” wrote one commenter, sharing a video of Marshawn speaking with a grieving mother.
“Marshawn has shown time and time again how great of a person he is. Always helping out people In need. Always will be BEASTMODE to me,” wrote another.
Lynch earned the nickname “Beast Mode” for his hard style of running, punishing defensive players who got in his way when he had a head of steam. Lynch was drafted by the Buffalo Bills in 2007 and later traded to the Seattle Seahawks, where he won a Super Bowl.
In a time of major divisiveness (and even this video saw some criticize Lynch for the way he was wearing his mask) it’s great to focus on people doing generous and kind things to help their fellow man.
