The unnamed woman rebuked the Wi Spa for purportedly allowing the male — who identifies as a transgender female — to use a section of the facility specifically for females, according to footage shared to Twitter.
While the video contains some explicit language, it does show the concerned woman addressing the issue with staff members.

“So it’s OK — I just want to be clear with you — it’s OK, it’s OK for a man to go into the women’s section, show his penis around the other women, young little girls [who are] under age?” the woman asked. “Your spa, Wi Spa, condoned that. Is that what you’re saying?”
The staffer, who was wearing a mask and stationed behind a plexiglass barrier, responded, but the employee’s comments were unintelligible.
“So he can stay there?” the irate woman asked, referring to the biological male presumably still in the women’s area. “He could stay there?”
At that point, the worker mentioned something about “sexual orientation.”
“What sexual orientation?” the customer interjected. “I see a [penis]. It lets me know he’s a man. He’s a man. … He is not a female, sweetie.”
“Girls down there, other women who are highly offended for what they just saw, and you did nothing, absolutely nothing,” she continued. “In fact, you sided with him. So Wi Spa is in agreement with men that just say they are a woman and they can go down there with their penis and get into the women’s section, is that what you’re saying?”
At the same time, another customer standing at the register next to the first woman can be heard telling a neighboring employee she isn’t going to return to Wi Spa.

The first woman then encourages the likeminded customer to get her money back.
As the situation continued to escalate, a male bystander came forward to rebuke the female customer for taking issue with a nude biological male using the women’s section.
The woman replied by saying she is “a woman who knows how to stand up and speak up for my rights,” adding she felt her encounter with the biological male was “traumatizing,” as she believed the area she was in was for females only.
“For me and for a lot of other women, they do not feel comfortable,” she explained. “And it’s not okay.”
While he seemingly remained in disagreement with the woman, the other man at the front desk did eventually say, “I’m sorry you saw this.”
“You should be, sweetie,” the woman said. “You’re out of alignment, and this is not right. I can tell you that much.”
Some social media users were quick to issue support to the woman.
“This is going too far here,” wrote one social media user. “I’m siding [with] the woman here. The risk of my daughter seeing a grown man’s genitals in a Korean spa [and] being traumatized is not something I’m okay [with]. It’s not about left [versus] right. This is about women having their privacy as women [with] women.”
Even one person who identifies as transsexual condemned the biological male who entered the women’s space nude.

“If you claim to be a [transgender woman] and you aren’t just as upset as the woman in the video, you are part of the problem,” the Twitter user wrote. “If you claim to be a [transgender woman] and your first reaction is, ‘That poor [transgender woman], transphobia is awful,’ you are part of the problem.”
Another social media user added, “[I] love the dude at the end trying to lecture a group of women on what a woman is.”
