One Million Moms — a branch of the faith-based American Family Association — is condemning a recent ad from the real estate platform Zillow for “attempting to normalize sin.”
The ad features a same-sex couple.

“Zillow should be ashamed of their latest commercial for attempting to normalize sin by featuring two women together,” the group stated Monday. “The newest commercial for Zillow features two women playfully and lovingly stroking, caressing, and tickling each other’s hands. … This commercial promotes same-sex relationships and the LGBTQ agenda.”
OMM went on to say the “sexual perversion” in the ad contradicts Romans 1:26-27, which states:
For this reason, God delivered them over to disgraceful passions. Their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. The men in the same way also left natural relations with women and were inflamed in their lust for one another. Men committed shameless acts with men and received in their own persons the appropriate penalty of their error. (CSB)
The group is primarily concerned the commercial is airing when children could be watching TV.
“There is concern about the way this advertisement is pushing the LGBTQ agenda,” OMM stated, “but an even greater concern is that the commercial is airing when children are likely watching television.”
“Airing this advertisement during family viewing time crosses a line that Zillow should have never crossed,” the added.
Featured alongside the condemnation from OMM is a petition, which has already garnered more than 14,000 signatures.
“I’m not buying into your social agenda to push the gay lifestyle,” the petition reads. “Your latest ad offends me, as well as many other conservative consumers. I do not agree with the LGBTQ agenda you are forcing on families and children in your commercial featuring two lesbians. … Please stick to promoting your product, without making political and social statements.”
Anything else?
The group has also launched a petition for parents “disgusted” by the Super Bowl halftime show.
“[T]he nearly naked backup dancers were the other part of the performance that made the halftime show anything but family-friendly,” OMM stated. “The backup performers were shaking their scantily clad rear ends and numerous other body parts as they twerked around the stage.”
“How are children supposed to learn about respect and dignity when this is what they see on one of the world’s biggest stages?” the group asked.
OMM’s petition for people “completely disgusted” by the “vulgar” halftime show has more than 12,000 signatures.
