Pop star Justin Bieber recently reflected on his wife Hailey Bieber’s medical emergency last month, telling a cheering crowd he knows God has Hailey in the “palm of His hands.”
As CBN News previously reported, Hailey was hospitalized March 10 after having stroke-like symptoms. Doctors later found she had suffered a blood clot in her brain; the model has since recovered.

“It’s kind of crazy how life randomly throws you curveballs. You can’t really control much,” Bieber told fans from the stage. “Most of you probably know or have seen the news about my wife. She’s OK. She’s good. She’s strong.”
Despite Hailey’s recovery, Bieber admitted the situation was “scary.”
“It’s been scary. It’s been really scary,” he said. “But I know for a fact that God has her in the palm of His hands.”

Bieber expressed his gratitude for being present at the venue with his fans. He also addressed all that is happening in the world and spoke about other important issues, like vulnerability.
“There’s a lot of horrible things happening on the Earth right now,” he said. “I can’t think of a better place I would rather be.”
Bieber encouraged fans to be open and honest about their fears and struggles, and he shared his vulnerabilities and insecurities.
“Everyone in the world deals with insecurity, and everyone in the world deals with fears and a lot of times in society … it’s not like the normal, cool thing to talk about your insecurities,” he said. “But I think talking about it is the greatest thing you can possibly do.”
Bieber continued, “I have insecurities, I have fears, and you don’t have to hide those things. That’s what makes you you.”
Continue to pray for Hailey following such a scary health ordeal.
